The Great Flea Patrol: Two Collars, One Pendant, and Rambo’s Escape Plan.
Frank and Rambo compare a Temu two-pack and a FurLife Amazon pendant after trying both—and deliver their dramatic verdict.
Rambo: I heard “flea collar” and vanished behind the sofa. This was my legal team’s advice. My legal team is a squeaky pig.
Frank: I stayed on my bath mat. I enjoy a good bath, and I was calm enough to review the evidence.

Exhibit A: The Temu two-collar set
The Temu listing describes two adjustable collars, up to 25 inches, and advertises 24 months of protection.
The coupon price shared with us was $12.04. https://temu.to/k/pwpdrrsd6df
Rambo:Two collars for $12.04? The bargain has entered the courtroom.
Frank: The listing advertises 24 months. Check the product details to see how that duration is counted.
Exhibit B: The Amazon pendant
The Amazon link is for the FurLife waterproof flea-and-tick pendant, which attaches to an existing collar. It’s not a replacement collar or a two-pack.
Amazon showed $39.99 when checked on October 4, 2026. The listing says it has no artificial chemicals or fragrances. https://link.amazon/B000P0vQe
Rambo: One pendant for $39.99. That is a very dramatic entrance.
Frank: Different hardware, same job for us. We’ve tried both products, and they work the same.
The verdict
At the prices shared, the Temu offer is 27.95 less than the Amazon pendant. The listings aren’t identical—one is a two-collar set, and one is a pendant—but we tried both, and they work the same for us.
Rambo: Same result, less money. The Temu set wins the budget round. I accept payment for my expert review in snacks.
Frank: That’s our experience with these two products. It’s not a promise about every dog, so check the label and fit before choosing.
Frank’s brief safety ruling
Check the label for ingredients, directions, and the correct species and size or weight. Ask your veterinarian if unsure. The EPA advises removing a flea-and-tick collar and contacting a veterinarian if a pet has an adverse reaction. https://www.epa.gov/pets/controlling-fleas-and-ticks-your-pet.
Rambo: The court is adjourned. I’ll be behind the sofa if anyone needs me.
Frank: I’ll be right here, enjoying my bath mat.
